SignalCost collects account, workspace, usage, billing, support, security, and product telemetry needed to operate and improve the service.
Prompt and response handling depends on the configured gateway, prompt firewall, provider routing, and retention profile.
SignalCost Capture observes prompt submissions and request metadata only on supported or administrator-approved AI sites. It sends managed workspace and user identifiers, provider activity, policy outcomes, and only the prompt evidence allowed by the selected privacy mode to SignalCost Cloud or Beacon One.
SignalCost Capture does not collect browser cookies, passwords, authorization headers, or attachment file contents. It does not sell extension data, use it for advertising, or permit SignalCost personnel to read it except with explicit support consent, for security, or when required by law.
SignalCost Capture's use of information received through Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Customers can download signed legal documents from Settings Legal and choose their workspace record-retention option from Settings Retention.
